Check-in to the event

You can check in to the event in the following time slots:

Wednesday – from 19:00 to 23:00 

Thursday – from 18:30 to 22:00

Friday – from 18:30 to 22:00 (& from 00.00 to 01.00 for Late Night Tickets)

Saturday – from 18:30 – 22.00 (& from 00.00 to 01.00 for Late Night Tickets)

Practical Info

Check-in desk will be located in Søpavillonen, the party venue. 

We will have a list of names of everyone who have bought a ticket, but as an extra guarantee please bring the Paypal confirmation of your ticket purchase, either printed or in electronic version.

At the check-in desk you will receive your CPH:LX 2016 bracelet. DO NOT REMOVE THE BRACELET during the entire exchange, otherwise it becomes invalid and we cannot grant you entrance to the CPH:LX events. In case your bracelet gets destroyed during the event, do to the check-in desk and request a new one.

What if you arrive after check-in desk closes?

In this case you must have the Paypal confirmation with you. You will get a temporary wristband from our doorman. However, you will still need to come to the check-in desk the next day to complete your check-in.

Information desk

Our check-in desk will also serve as an Information Desk. Here you can sign up for competitions and daytime activities, check the daytime and evening schedule, and find answers to any questions you might have.
